Isaac Case, D.C. | Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Case brings over 9 years of Chiropractic experience and knowledge to his practice in Greencastle, Indiana. He is a Terre Haute native graduating from Indiana State University with an undergraduate degree in Biology/Chemistry. He then completed a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in 2008.
Dr. Case has been the successful owner of Case Chiropractic since January 2009. The practice is a rapidly growing practice that now employs 2 doctors and 3 massage therapists.
Dr. Case is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Treasurer for Putnam County Friend of Youth Foundation and Quick Start Tennis.
David Parish, D.C. | Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Parish brings over 30 years of Chiropractic experience and knowledge to the practice. Dr. Parish has extensive training in chiropractic sports injury care and rehabilitation including work as a team physician within professional, college and high school sports teams. Also served as coach and on the medical team for the USA Para Powerlifting Team at the Paralympics in Rio de Janero and London.
Dr. Parish earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Depauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. He graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in 1984. In 2012, he secured his Master of Science degree in Leadership for Higher Education from Capella University.
Dr. Parish is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association Council on Sports Injury, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the US Olympic Committee-Sports Medicine Society.
Niki | Massage Therapist
Niki graduated from Health Enrichment Center School for Massage in 1994 with 1000 hours of massage training. Niki concentrates on therapeutic and deep tissue massage. She is also certified in pregnancy massages. She has served in wellness for 24 years in the Greencastle area.
Shelly | Massage Therapist
Shelly graduated from Indiana Business College in 2008 with an Associates degree in Sports Medicine. Shelly concentrates on deep tissue and trigger point massage therapy. She has served in wellness for 13 years in the Greencastle area.
Chasity / Massage Therapist
Chasity graduated from Alternatives for Health in Columbus, Indiana in 2006 and received her degree in Massage Therapy. Chasity has over 500 hours of training and attended seminars. She concentrates in deep tissue therapy.
